Returns & Refunds policy

At Tisaani, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards across all our products. Due to the nature of food, herbal infusions, beverages, and personal care items, our return and refund policy follows safety and regulatory best practices.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please email us at tisaanibloom@gmail.com within the 12-hour window.

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We do not accept returns for consumable or topical products once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

In such cases, a replacement or refund may be offered after verification.

Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • You will be provided with a return address via email

  • The customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the product to the provided address

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Tisaani cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food, herbal tea, or beverage products once delivered

  • Creams, balms, or topical products that have been opened or used

  • Products with broken seals or signs of tampering

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Refund or Replacement Processing

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • No additional fees will be charged
